Members of our team will understand all your wishes, and treat your pet with respect. Pet Bye provides a range of services developed in order to ensure the satisfaction of all the needs and desires of pet owners. Regardless of the type or size of your pet, we can provide the same service and the same level of quality. No matter whether it is a goldfish, a hamster, a cat or a large breed dog, we will do everything to make the loss of your friend easier. Our working hours include working days, weekends and public holidays from 00:00h to 24:00h.
TAKING OVER THE REMAINS
Whether your pet has passed suddenly in your home, or is located at the clinic of your veterinarian, upon your call, our staff will take care of taking over the remains and their transport to our crematorium in the shortest possible period of time. Taking over the remains is done on the same day, and in the central zones of Belgrade and Novi Sad in a period of 2 to 3 hours.
INDIVIDUAL CREMATIONS
Our individual cremation service assures you that your pet will be cremated individually and privately, with dignity and with the full attention and care of our staff. With this service, Pet Bye guarantees that (if you choose to take over the ashes) the ashes and the remains of your exact pet will be delivered to you. The cost of the individual cremation includes a black satin bag with gold ribbon for the ashes.
GROUP CREMATION
This service offers you the cremation of your pet along with 2 to 3 other pets. Unfortunately, with this service we are not able to deliver the ashes to you. Regardless of the group cremation, we guarantee you a high level of dignity of the cremation.
RETURN OF YOUR PET'S ASHES
If you choose an individual cremation, we are able to deliver you the ashes in an urn of your choice. You can see the urn gallery by clicking the button below.

The price of engraving the name on ceramic and porcelain urns is 2.000,00 RSD.
PROVISION OF SERVICES OUTSIDE BELGRADE
If you live outside Belgrade or Novi Sad and you are not able to bring your pet to us, Pet Bye will come to you and take over your pet. The price of this kind of service is 50,00 RSD per kilometer of the drive from and back to Belgrade.
PROVISION OF CREMATION SERVICES WITHIN 24 HOURS
If for some reason you want the cremation of your pet done within 24 hours, Pet Bye will make it possible, with a 100% increase of the regular price.
MEMORIAL DIAMOND
Pet Bye in cooperation with the Swiss company, which has a tradition of more than 70 years, offers its clients the opportunity to make a diamond from the ashes of their pets, which is certified by GIA (Gemological Institute of America), IGI (International Gemological Institute) ... in different shapes, colors and sizes..

When you are dealing with the loss of your pet, you can feel a variety of emotions. The loss of a pet is usually a painful and disturbing experience and each of us lives it through in a special way. We at Pet Bye understand your loss and the feelings that you experience. We are here to help and make those moments as bearable as possible. If you need any advice or help, feel free to contact us. We will give our best to provide maximum support, or refer you to our external associates for the professional issues, such as help of a psychologist.
In order to promote awareness about the value of animals, and our attitude towards them, Pet Bye supports and undertakes specific activities, through financial support to associations and organizations of animals’ friends. Part of the amount that the owner pays for the cremation services is directly transferred to the selected project.
